Seize the Day 2016
The 3rd Annual Seize the Day Event!
On Sunday, September 25, 2016 from 10:30 am to 2 pm, Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario (formerly Epilepsy Support Centre) will host the 3rd Annual Seize the Day 5k Run / 2.5k Walk at Kiwanis Park North (Hale St. entrance) to raise funds for epilepsy education programs, support services and community engagement in Southwestern Ontario. This family fun event will include a run and walk, followed by live entertainment and a community BBQ.
Seize the Day 2.5k Walk & 5k Run is in support of individuals, families and members of the community affected by seizures and epilepsy. Whether remembering someone who passed away from a seizure, supporting those who are affected by epilepsy and seizures or raising awareness about the condition, we want to make this annual event a community engagement opportunity that everyone is welcome to participate in.
